Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Partwright collects and how we use it. Partwright is operated by BLIXTAR TECH S.R.L., which is the data controller for that information, and [email protected] is how you reach us about it.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), the shop data you enter (customers, quotes, jobs, invoices), and first-party product analytics about how the app is used. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, process billing through Paddle, and send transactional email (via Resend) such as quote, job, and invoice notifications.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the Service, and never sell it. Customer-facing links expose only the record they point to.

Those processors are:

• Paddle — merchant of record: payments, subscriptions, invoices, and tax.
• Resend — transactional email (quote, job, and invoice notifications).
• Cloudflare R2 — file storage for the drawings, photos, and documents you upload.
• Our hosting provider — the servers and database the Service runs on.

Some of these operate outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred out of the EEA, those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can export everything or delete your account any time from within the app — no need to ask.

You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to restrict or object to how we use it. If you think we have handled your data wrongly and we have not put it right, you can complain to a data protection supervisory authority — for BLIXTAR TECH S.R.L. that is Romania's ANSPDCP.
