Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Partwright ("the Service"). The Service is operated by BLIXTAR TECH S.R.L. — "we" and "us" throughout this document. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for the shop you register.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content. Customer-facing links you generate are your responsibility to share appropriately.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Trials, renewals, and cancellations are handled per your subscription. Taxes are applied where required.

Refunds

Subscription payments carry a 30-day money-back period from the date of purchase, and Paddle issues approved refunds. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Who you are contracting with

Your contract for the Service is with BLIXTAR TECH S.R.L., the company that builds and operates Partwright. Payments are taken by Paddle acting as merchant of record on our behalf, so Paddle may appear on your statement and on your receipts.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, where BLIXTAR TECH S.R.L. is established, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them. Nothing in this section takes away a protection that applies to you regardless of this choice.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If a change materially affects your rights or what you pay, we will email the account owner before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will show when the current version came into force. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
